I took my daughter here to get her nails and toes done for her wedding. She presented a picture of the nail design she wanted only to be told by the nail tech "I don't have the time to do that". She ended up with very thick acrylics that were chipping by the end of the ceremony the next day. I had been to java previously, as we walked in there was a sign that read bring a friend and get 50% off. We did not receive the discount. Love it here! Its a great place to go and get all nice and fancy for yourself and relax the whole time. All the girls there are very polite and awesome to sit and chat with. My place to go to when i want me time ! Refer it to everyone i talk to . Love the classy elegant setting. If you have had a bad experience i reallg suggest going back and trying again. They wont dissapoint.
Love everything about this nail salon! Customer service was great. Atmosphere is so elegant, yet modern and very relaxing. Great place to bring a group of friends for pedicures and manicures. Where else can you go and all sit together, have a drink or two while getting your nails done!!! Can't wait to do another girls day there to relax and have a little fun!
I've been going, and loving, Java Nails (on Daniels) since they opened. The girls who work there are very talented & professional. I've tried other shops but always end up back at Java!! The new owner is very nice & has actually LOWERED the prices !! I would highly recommend them to anyone who wants great service & a wonderful mani/pedi !!

Best manicurist however new management won't help regulars figure out issues with their old memberships. They should be ashamed of their customer service.

I was with a client and I'm sorry I couldn't discuss further but I would be more than happy to give you a discount to hopefully make up for the old owner not canceling your membership. Absolutely wonderful nail salon! You can't beat the way Java pampers you. I enjoy going on a regular basis. Nothing like being able to sit, relax and enjoy an awesome pedicure & manicure!
