Love love love Java Joint! Best staff around, super friendly and a major super bonus is the drive through!!!!
I love this place! More often than not they remember my order & always have a smile! My only wish- a buy 10 get 1 free stamp card or similar, because I’m there way too often!
I have to say I was there today and waited in the drive-through for over five minutes ...The only car…when the young lady finally came to me she was quite rude let me know she was very busy upfront with a large order… Maybe you need to have two employees because I shouldn’t need to be feel bad because I was in the drive-through over 5 to 6 minutes without anybody coming to the window is a tad bit ridiculous… Sorry guys

Sometimes a large order holds us up and traps us steaming milk so apologies to the delay! The rudeness was likely not directed at you, but the fact she probably was held up with another customer and could get to you in a timely fashion! Sorry again!
