Most of the staff is fantastic! The coffee it's self is good. The management has gone way down. Closed random days, giftcards can't be used because of a computer issue which is then made worse due to improper handling and staff seems to be rotating at an alarming rate. Just seems to be a gamble on what you'll get.
I LOVE their coffee! They know what they're doing!!
