Last week my hubby got me a white coffee granita and It was full of pockets of powder and Ice chunks. I had to reblend it. Today he asked for a white coffe granita and I got a regular one. Same person I guess she's new. I don't want anyone to get in trouble, please be more careful. We have been coming here for years and it's usually great
prices are ridiculous and coffee has not been very good . I ordered an Iced americano with flavor.. it was so watered down and she used hot water so the ice melted.. I had to go home and add ice an more milk.. and I still didnt finish it because it was disgusting.
Red head had absolutely the worst customer service i have ever experienced here. Very short when speaking and kept trying to finish my order without me telling her what i wanted. She rarely spoke to us even after we sat at window for 5 min. Even other customers behind us backed out and left. Plus the drink wae disgusting. No flavor could be tasted.

Java hut is by far my absolute favorite coffee shop! I love that it’s so close to where I live and the overall atmosphere there is amazing! I’m never disappointed with the service and the drinks are always so refreshing and delicious! Rachel is one of my favorite girls, she has such a beautiful soul and brings a smile to my face whenever I see her beautiful happy self!
Rachell is the best. She remembers my name and greets me with a smile every morning I show up. I use to only go three days a week now I’m finding myself going every day. She is passionate about her job always ask me to taste my drink to make sure that I like the way that it is. You see I’m always trying something different daily. I have been going here for a few years an loved it! Well today I was there around 10:30ish an got both my usuals the girl rang us up an I handed her my credit card an when she came back all she would say wasvis there a reason why you don't tip an I said I do when I can an I said sometimes I'll add it on my card but they must miss it an don't ring it up an she flat out called me a liar an said that's not true cause all us workers here want our tip money I was like wtf are you serious! Honestly I love their coffee. Jess is my favorite girl there. She always gives me a warning if she is going to be a second. She works her butt off to work both Windows and satisfy us both even if one has to wait for a minute. She knows what I get ( even though I switch it up) and she remembers I like it half sweetened. She interacts with my daughter and has the most wonderful personality. I work at another local coffee shop and java is always my go to when I am not at work.
