They always make my wife's coffee perfect. She's always happy when I bring her coffee from there. Which saves me later, especially if I do something wrong.
Order was wrong, and tasted horrible. Plus they don’t even make your bagel for you if you order one, they toast it and give it to you plain with some cheap cream cheese packets to spread on yourself. So all the convenience of it being a drive through is negated because you have to pull over and assemble the to go food you just ordered. Idiotic. All this with asking for a tip before you even receive any of it. Terrible.
Used to have real good customer service, and before when they would make my drink not well and flat they would remake them and now customer service is no good and made a big deal about my drink not coming out good didn’t offer to remake it and kept arguing.
I’ve been going since they first opened and have never had a bad experience, they’re always so sweet and willing.
