2025 update: customer service great, still not please with the drink I got, something is often, doesn't taste right, more of a powder taste. I couldn't even taste the coffee. Had a 24oz Bigfoot blended. Previous review below: Been a customer for years, use to be real good. I went a week ago and my blended snickers didn't taste right. I've had it numerous times and this was just awful. Really disappointed. I didn't realize it until I had left headed to work and didn't have time too turn back.
