I stopped here for the first time in years to give them another shot and wow was I disappointed their coffee is absolutely terrible. It's worse than Folgers taste like water and sugar. Never coming back here again.
Java Crew is one of the last places in town to get a good hit drink on the go. Their employees are always polite and friendly. Keep doing whatever it is that you do Java Crew.

This shop has such a peaceful vibe. Soft music, friendly staff, and the smoothest cappuccino I’ve had in ages. A perfect break from a busy day.
I have built up a punch card of visits so when it's full you get a free any beverage. I finally have it full and the West Salem Java Crew person said "we no longer honor that promo". "We have something new now". I understand changing policy but as long as the original puchcards are still out there they should be honored. Companies spend money on advertising to get customers. Obviously I was a pretty good customer. Not any longer.
