Customer service was great, although I thought it was a little expensive I think it was well worth the experience you have when you go. Definitely not something I can afford all the time but on special occasions it's great!
We LOVE this place . My daughter and I been to other pottery places and this is by far the best . The staff is ALWAYS friendly and very helpful .

Very laid back night out with my daughter. Place was full and they were very accommodating allowing us to paint in the cafe while sipping wine and coffee. Can’t wait to pick up our finished projects

Love the staff there. Very helpful and nice! Great prices on the pieces they offer! Kid friendly! Warm friendly family feeling inside when painting! Always a seat open never been to busy or loud! Got my pieces early every time and they always turn out great!! Needless to say love this place and the staff! ❣️

This place is great. Good java and fun items to paint. The staff is very friendly and more than willing to help you. They are happy to teach painting tips, tricks and techniques. You are never a “burden” to them when you ask questions or need help. Each employee is very knowledgeable and that is impressive. Will keep going back!

The women we worked with have great customer service and truly seems to enjoy their job. (Delaney and Carsyn) very attentive and willing to help. Other employees were attending to the many birthday parties that were happening throughout the day so did not have much interaction with them. My daughter loves going there and took me along this time. Very fun enjoyed myself greatly
