Usually I love Jasper's.. I go strictly for the mac & cheese, unfortunately this time around I had the worst service and food ever. I called to place my order for pick up, I stay on hold for 10 mins and was hung up on. I called back and was on hold for another 15 mins when finally someone took my order and hung up before I could even tell them my name. I ordered a mac & cheese no onions and a lemonade no ice, you would think simple right..WRONG.. I got home and to my surprise 3/4 of my noodles are hard and completely brown ,... read more
