Poor communication
I had a very great experience in their valet service here with Elijah. He did very well in parking my car by handling it with care. He greets and smiles at guests/tenants that come in and out of the property. Thank you!
The valet service is incredible, especially during the night. Elijah is really kind and always greets me. There are times he was on his own doing the job, but he was efficient at it. Handles the car well when parking. Thank you!

For over three years, I tried to resolve this with little success — the previous management team and Greystar receivables ignored my communications, and the issue caused significant personal stress.
