RecommendedThis market has the BEST dry aged and prime rib eye steaks! They have perfected doing their own dry aging process and the meat is very tender! You can actually taste the meat flavor and does not require much seasoning at all when you grill it! The owners and employees are extremely knowledgeable, helpful and friendly! There is no reason to have to go to the bigger cities to buy dry aged rib eyes - very excited to find it available in Jasper, TX!

Great friendly service with excellent quality of meat. Buy one of their prime ribeyes or prime sirloin steaks cut to about 1 1/2 thick and grill over charcoal with hickory smoke. The best melt in your mouth steak you will ever have. Warning: you will be disappointed in any steak order in a restaurant. With left over, make hot steak sandwich with Swiss cheese. The best!

Custom cut ribeyes are amazing and they will ice if home is not close by. Nice selection of spices, sauces and jellies as well!
Amazing meat market and selection. i recommend at a minimum the big daddy bacon is to die for! I can't go back to store bought bacon!
