My family just moved in and have been extremely impressed with the welcome we received from Priscilla and Jairo who lead the Property Management Team. They addressed any and all of our concerns about the apartment while making us feel right at home during the entire move in process. On top of that the building and neighborhood is very clean and super safe compared to the rest of Seattle. I feel like we got beyond lucky to get to call The Jasper our new home. 11/10
My maintenence requests are always handled professionally and quickly.
I've lived at Jasper for 3 years and although things were a little funky with the management transferring from Blanton Turner to Thrive a year ago, Priscilla and Jairo are both so kind and professional. They address maintenance issues quickly - Jairo has always been there to help within the hour and always says hello when he sees you around. I had a very heavy towel rack in my bathroom that frequently fell to the floor making a very loud noise. It was disturbing and annoying. Hiro replaced the faulty part making it stronger than when it was new. My downstairs neighbor is very happy as well!
This is a great community in a wonderful, quiet location. Priscilla gave me a great tour and answered all my questions.
