Jairo was responsive and efficient. He completed my service request quickly.
My family just moved in and have been extremely impressed with the welcome we received from Priscilla and Jairo who lead the Property Management Team. They addressed any and all of our concerns about the apartment while making us feel right at home during the entire move in process. On top of that the building and neighborhood is very clean and super safe compared to the rest of Seattle. I feel like we got beyond lucky to get to call The Jasper our new home. 11/10
My maintenence requests are always handled professionally and quickly.
I've lived at Jasper for 3 years and although things were a little funky with the management transferring from Blanton Turner to Thrive a year ago, Priscilla and Jairo are both so kind and professional. They address maintenance issues quickly - Jairo has always been there to help within the hour and always says hello when he sees you around.
