Tabitha is a new manager here and has helped out so much so far. She actually cares & wants to help. Definitely recommend reaching out to the manager Tabitha for any needs and if you are looking to move here, it is absolutely worth it! I am a first timer living in Seattle and the location feels safe (I take my dog potty in the middle of the night), I get to walk to delicious restaurants near by, the apartments are beautiful & clean, and I love that there’s a secured package room.
I have lived at Jasper for 9 years, and it has been a pleasant experience. Jairo is incredibly responsive for maintenance requests, and the staff in the leasing office is always friendly. We wanted to switch units to a different one bedroom plus den, and were told that Jasper’s policy is that you can’t switch to the same units, only upgrade or downgrade, because it wouldn’t be “fair.” I still do not understand this policy. Instead, we asked for our rent to not be increased because we saw other one bedroom plus den units on t... read more
Living there was pretty good overall. The staff were helpful. However the move out process wasn't so positive. When we moved in, we asked if we could paint a wall for the nursery. Priscilla told us that most of the time, it costs $500 tops to paint. When we moved out, we were charged $1900. The building said that we needed to have permission in writing, and Priscilla didn't remember the conversation. So, I tried to negotiate. The bill went to collections. One of the kitchen lights was out. Jairo responded immediately, and replaced the lamps. Turned out that wasn't the problem - the ballast needed to be replaced. Jairo had an electrician coming in in a few days, and Jairo and the electrician came to the apartment and fixed the light quickly.
