I would appreciate if the reminder calls/text messages, and emails could be stream-lined. If more than one family member have back to back appointments, perhaps there could be one reminder call/text, or email and not one for each method for each person. Possibly if you are doing to remind people, an hour before the appointment is not the most effective time. I prefer the day before. Thanks!

I'm always pleased with the atmosphere and excellent care from your office. That's why I kept my appointment even after moving to Hawaii. I wish I could take you with me to Honolulu!
