I don't know the hygienist's name, but I wanted to call her out for something positive. She told me that I took good care of my teeth. No one has ever said that. It's simple, positive reinforcement and I would certainly be inclined to continue what I am doing to ensure I get the same report next time. I appreciated her feedback very much; it's always nice to hear you are doing things correctly.
