We sold our home and bought a new home with Jason and Diana. The process went smoothly and their speediness in getting our home to market was greatly appreciated! We felt in control of the whole process, no surprises and no disappointments. Also appreciated their patience and respect, their answering of our many questions, and clean execution of the necessary tasks to get the sales completed. Communications were clear and quick. Would highly recommend to anyone looking to buy or sell a home!

Skogman was pretty good to us when we were looking for our new place. A couple of strange comments were made that I have come to believe are more ok with Iowans than with non-locals, so I won't repeat them here. they were very functional and did their job just fine. I wouldn't go out of my way to use them again, but I wouldn't avoid them.

Jason, Diana, and Sharon were wonderful to work with. They understood the booming market where we lived and sold our house in a timely fashion. We we're very satisfied with the communication between both parties. Highly recommend working with them even if you don't live in Cedar Rapids.

We had an amazing experience with the Vestweber team! I had to move my father out of state and then had to deal with selling his home in Cedar Rapids. The team was extremely knowledgeable about the market and was aggressive with the price of his home. Their marketing got us more than what we were looking for when it came to price and they did a wonderful job of creating a one stop shop when it came to staging, cleaning, lawn mowing, and other items.
