This place is wonderful. Nice big building. Easy to get too from out of town. Receptionst checking you in a very nice and helpful. Doctor Thompson is so friendly. As a well known professional knee surgeon he is so nice and gives you the time to really talk to him. Tell him your concerns. He really describes in detail what the procedure will involve. Wow! From the first moment my mother and walked in to the office just amazed with the care, attention, patience and kindness we were welcomed with. When we scheduled her surgery we were so lucky to get in quickly and had such an easy scheduling process with Dr. J Thompsons scheduling coordinator. That young lady did not skip a beat, she was so knowledgeable about her job and what we needed. Loved her! Dr Thompson has an excellent bedside manner and great communication skills. He listened to my issues and didn’t cause me to feel rushed. My knee replacement surgery and recovery was exceptional. Crystal and other office staff are wonderful at staying in touch with me and answering all my questions. I highly recommend everyone at South Texas Bone & Joint.
