Dr. Jason Shumadine MD is one of the Best Doctor's in the Hampton Roads Area. He definitely cares for his patients and would like to have him as my doctor for longterm of time.
Dr. Shumadine is a very pleasant, down to earth rad Onc. He never appeared to be in a rush during my appts & was willing to fully answer/explain every question I had, even pulling up pictures to help understand the entire treatment process from what the machine would look like right down to before/after pics & even the rare side effects. He put me at ease from my first visit.
Great doctor. Explains everything very well. Thorough and caring. Glad he is on my care team.

I knew I was in very capable hands from the beginning. On the very first visit with Dr. Schumadine, he took great time and great care to ensure that I understood the treatment that I was about to undergo and made me feel very comfortable with him and his care of me. That continued throughout my 5.5 weeks of radiation treatment. I would recommend him to any of my loved ones who had to go through any type of cancer treatment.
