The financial office with this provider is terrible. They didn’t charge my insurance but charged me before even trying, then sent me a letter threatening me to pay asap. I paid but then called them and turns out they didn’t even try charging my insurance and my insurance was willing to pay for it so they said they would pay me back. 3 months later, they still have not paid me back.
