Dr. Serpe has saved me many times over the years. I have had several bad infections and basically a hole in my foot that would not heal. He was always thinking of new methods to try to get it to heal and was and is very concerned about the status of my diabetic feet. I’m happy to say my toes were saved and my foot was healed because of his expertise and concern for my well-being. He is an exceptional podiatrist and a great friend as well.
So sorry that such a wonderful doctor has such poor personnel answering the phone and dealing with the public. I loved when he was in private practice and not part of Riverside Ortho

Dr serpe is without a doubt the finest podiatrist in Northern Illinois very kind and gentle he cared for what I was going through n he removed foreign body from my heal in record time if I could give more stars I would thank you ...dr serpe
He did not properly diagnose me. There are things that could have, would have and should have been done at the point in time that I saw him, that degenerated because of lack of proper diagnosis and care direction. I am extremely disappointed in the care I received

I wouldn't go to anyone besides Dr. Serpe. No matter how many times you go to him, he ALWAYS treats you with respect and kindness. You're always treated as if you're his only patient. His knowledge and expertise goes way above and beyond!!
I have been seeing Dr.Serpe for 3 years now. He is very kind,friendly and professional. I have recommended him to others who have seen him since. No need for myself to find another foot doctor.He is a Five star doctor.I would recommend him 100%
