Had two cervical ADR with Dr Sansone. Both have failed and not helped. Spoken with other surgeons and both said I shouldn’t have had those specific procedures. Partially my fault as I should have asked more questions but was naive and in extreme pain. Three months after second procedure I’m in worse pain than before. After he ordered my third MRI the results came in and he didn’t have the decency to at least email and explain. Staff is very courteous and it is very easy to schedule an appointment. Dr. Sansone has excellent bedside manner, great credentials and highly skilled. Uses easy to understand patient teaching and explains projected outcome. He answers pre-op and post-op questions thoroughly.
The staff was kind and helpful with any concerns I had. Carrie in scheduling went over and above to help me with my surgery scheduling and insurance issues. Dr Sansone was patient and very knowledgeable and took the time to address all my questions and concerns. He detailed the surgery and was very responsive after the surgery with some questions and issues that I had. Very positive experience. I would refer any friends to this practice. My quality of life and pain issues are resolved!
