From the receptionist to the RN who reviewed my history, and the intern, who did the work ahead of time to help Dr Reichenberg in my diagnosis. The appointment was on time. People were very professional, and I will always go there for my care.
Usually, this dermatology location is normal on 12th street. But the last time I took my kids to their scheduled appointment on June 16, 2026 they were almost 25mins late! The front desk didn't seem to care that we were just sitting there for so long until I spoke up out of frustration. The office only sent one prescription to the pharmacy instead of scripts for both kids as they've been going to the dermatologist for Accutane.
