Beware Before Choosing Dr. Cohen If I could give zero stars, I would. I underwent what was supposed to be a partial thyroidectomy due to a nodule with a 50% chance of being cancerous. Both Dr. Cohen and my brother, who is also an MD, agreed upon removing only half of my thyroid - a conservative and appropriate plan. Had this course been followed, I would still be living a normal life. Dr Cohen, the staff and the facility are First Rate and second to none. Dr Cohen has a pediatric approach to all of his patients, which gives him a great bedside manner. The staff is professional and take a personal interest in the patients. The facility is up to date, modern, and has plenty of mounted useful information for well-being and Healthcare. I’m incredibly grateful to Dr. Cohen for the gentle and thoughtful care he provided throughout my thyroid surgery journey. From the very first appointment, he was kind, patient, and took the time to explain everything clearly, which gave me so much comfort and peace of mind. The surgery went beautifully, and I was amazed to see that the scar is not even visible. Dr. Cohen’s expertise and genuine compassion truly made a difference. I feel very lucky to have been in such caring hands and wholeheartedly recommend him.
