The Gastroenterology at St Francis Hospital South is an excellent practice to be treated. The office stuff is efficient and helpful. Dr Roberts is very knowledgeable, and he treats patients nicely. I’d like to be his patient for ever.
My appointment was fo12:45 , I was told to be at the office 11:15. When I got there they were all at lunch the receptionist told me my appointment wasn't until 2:45 and I said no I have it right here that must have angered her because she went back and talked to the doctor and I don't know what she said to him but they decided to punish me until 2:45 even though I was there over 3 hours early and besides all that the welfare ride that I take brings you to your appointment two hours. Dr Roberts is very knowledgeable & works with patient to try & figure things out, he has me on the road to recovery & for that I am grateful that he takes the time to explain things & why. Won't ever go anywhere else.
