Jason was determined to sale my parents house for us, he had multiple open houses and the listing and drone video really showcased the beautiful house and neighborhood. He was a pleasure to work with.
We first hired Jason to appraise our property, then to sell it. He got it listed in short order, and had a prospective buyer in a few days. They offered, we countered, they accepted our counter. I can't say enough about Jason Roberts he really had alot of obstacles to go through with our property and it was sold fast and through a slow economy. It had no air and the neighborhood was not the best and still did it in great timing! We are pleased with him and his knowledge and experience and will use him again!
