I had the pleasure of working with Jason Ricks on a sale of a condo in Ormond Beach. I was a listing agent and he was the buyers agent. He was delightful to work with, a true professional Especially on the day of closing when we had a hiccup and he stayed with the seller to help her With the moving process as I was out of town. The seller called Jason her 'Angel'! Thank you Jason for going above and beyond! I hope to have the pleasure of working with jason again sometime!
