Jason was fantastic in selling our home. His advice in pricing, timing, and prep was spot on. At stressful times if I texted him questions, he would quickly call me to answer them and make sure I understood and was comfortable with everything. To top it off, four months after the sale of our home, he was efficient, prompt and generous helping me resolve a related issue that really he didn’t need to. He went above and beyond in every way and absolutely knows his trade.

Jason was fantastic! He gave good advice and sold a condo we didn’t think would sell for as much as it did or as fast as it did. He communicated well and really took what we wanted from the sale as well as our situation into account when we discussed listing price. Highly recommend!!
I closed on a house with Jason in September 2024. Not only was he thorough, honest, and dilligent, Jason went above and beyond to find exactly what I wanted within one day of showings. I have bought properties with other buyer's agents in the past, and none of them were anything close to what Jason provides. I will never work with another real estate agent as long as Jason is still practicing.
We were out of state buyers and depended on Jason to handle the negotiations and anything that came up. He did this with professionalism and thoughtfulness while keeping us well informed throughout the process. Jason was a pleaure to work with and I would highly recommend him to anyone.
