Dr. Moore is an outstanding vascular surgeon who deserves recognition for his skill, professionalism, and compassion. From the initial consultation through post-op care, he was thorough, patient, and genuinely caring. He took the time to explain everything clearly, answer all our questions, and make sure we felt confident and informed every step of the way. Don't be fooled by the carefully curated positive reviews on Sentara's site as they are only designed to benefit their business. Sentara never posted my short review for him, so I can only imagine how many others were also left out. Dr. Moore is not reliable as he often reschedules appointments at the last minute due to his hectic surgery schedule. Even the person scheduling appointments for him confirmed this.
