Dr michaels and his staff are excellent. They listen to your needs and try to relive your pain
Really needs to be a zero star. Refused me as a patient because I live in Peoria county. Nurse was rude. Don’t waste your time. Trying to dictate where and who I should see instead. I’ll keep looking around elsewhere. Seems like they don’t care about patients if turning them away due I’m not in Bloomington but Peoria. I was referred but turned away.
Dr. Michaels is an excellent physician who provide great medical care. I have been so pleased with his skill. He also has strong interpersonal skills! I highly recommend him. His office staff is very helpful and kind as well.
