Dr. Dutton is a very personable and caring surgeon. He answered every question I had for my knee replacement surgery and care following my hospital stay. His team answered phone messages in the same day in a cheerful, caring manner.

I am not happy whatsoever with my appointment with this provider. He seemed to lack empathy and did not show interest in helping or putting at ease my questions/concerns. He never once showed eye contact with me when speaking. I understand that I used a translator during this visit but that doesn’t mean that I didn’t exist or didn’t deserve humane treatment (doctor acknowledging me and using appropriate eye contact). I was referred to Kadlec Orthopedics by Kadlec Rheumatology. I was initially referred to Kadlec Rheumatology by TriCity Orthopedics because they believed I had bursitis in my shoulder. An MRI was done at Kadlec Rheumatology that demonstrates a tear in my shoulder, hence the referral to Kadlec Ortho. My referral was refused by Dr. Dutton because he felt I should go back to the original Dr. at TCO (who didn't even do an MRI and referred me to a rheumatologist), and said that Kadlec Ortho doesn't do 2nd opinions.
