Terrible follow up had Questions and needed refills ok’d never heard back no personal Follow up call after my surgery just a recorded line from providence left messages on my Chart no response from Dutton team at all left messages at frt desk because my chart was no response to messages I’ve left get em In get em Out knee mill!
Dr. Dutton is a very personable and caring surgeon. He answered every question I had for my knee replacement surgery and care following my hospital stay. His team answered phone messages in the same day in a cheerful, caring manner.
I am not happy whatsoever with my appointment with this provider. He seemed to lack empathy and did not show interest in helping or putting at ease my questions/concerns. He never once showed eye contact with me when speaking. I understand that I used a translator during this visit but that doesn’t mean that I didn’t exist or didn’t deserve humane treatment (doctor acknowledging me and using appropriate eye contact).
