A good bedside manner is important to me. It was immediate with Dr. Pfluke, as we didn't have a need to ask questions. He laid out the process from first steps to obtain a diagnoses to the next steps should surgery be needed. Two different timelines, possibilities, and steps beyond. Amazing man. Diagnosed & scheduled my surgery & put me in a room to begin the process. Now, it seems like a blur. In the ER @ 8:30PM Saturday night (Thank you Dr. Akin & staff) home recuperating @ 10:40AM Monday.
