experience from real customer--- THE LOOKING GLASSES, CORALV – Bad experience!! Worst customer service I have ever had compared to several other optical places I have been to. Poor communication and one of the young guy at the front desk is very rude. Should not be hired! No manager or higher level staff come out to clear the situation or explain why simple little thing cannot be done (but I found it can be done at other optical stores). They just lose business doing 4 glasses for me and my family. Will never go there again ... read more
Very Nice people to work with! – The doctor there is very nice and gave me a thorough exam. My glasses fit just fine and I can see great. About a week after I got the glasses, I sat on them. The man there was able to straighten them and now they fit just as good as before. Overall an excellent experience. Highly recommended!
VERY POOY SERVICE HERE: The Looking Glass Optical Coralville – Very Poor Service at The Looking Glass Optical in Coralville, Iowa! I had to go back 3 times becuz they couldnt get my contacts right and finally after the 3rd time when i couldnt see the doctor said: " i dont want to take a loss on the soft contacts and its not like you'll have to wear these contacts forever so you'll just have to live with these. Sight Savers – I went in with badly bent up glasses and somehow he fixed them and then would not charge me for fixing them. He said "Oh we do minor repairs for free". Minor repair HA! It was a major project. My next pair of glasses I am getting there. They were very nice. They have a lot of nice frames.
