We had a custom wedding ring designed for my husband, and the ring was not delivered in time for our wedding day. We paid them in full 6 weeks before the wedding day, and if they were unable to fulfill the request, they should have told us at the time. Once it became clear that we would not be getting the ring on time, Riley (our sales rep) stopped answering calls, and his colleague Brandon told us that we would get the ring the day after the wedding…but the ring got lost in shipping.
