Dr. Blocksom did a surgery on my child which we knew would leave some scarring in some prominent areas. The sutures were very large and stitching done quite haphazard, which left a larger than expected and uneven scar. I suppose I expected more delicate attention to detail for a toddler who would bear this scar for a lifetime. His bedside manner was great and staff is great. I think I just expected a different level of detail from an experienced plastic surgeon.
Dr. Blocksom did magnificent repairs on my son's cleft palate and lip! He is just wonderful with my son, & his staff is amazing! They go above and beyond to help.

My son has had 3 surgeries with Dr. Blocksom. He is a great doctor. Beyond thankful for his help and work. I recommend him to everyone I talk to.
I would never recommend him. We had a failed surgery with him. I also know many others with the same results. Run the other way!
Dr. Blocksom has worked on many cleft palates and I know a half a dozen families who have had botched repairs done. So not go to him!!!
