Dr Levine is very pleasant and very professional. My wife and I are extremely pleased with him. His staff are polite and professional as well..
He does not feel that his patients are entitled to be treated as people. He made an 8AM appointment with me for the day after surgery. He waltz into the office at 9AM and spent less than 5 minutes with me after I had waited over an hour for him to decided to come to work.
I was charged $155 for a contact exam. This OPTHAMOLOGIST informed me he was NOT a optometrist and does not do visual aids! I'm still waiting for my $155 back, have called now 4 times. I found this OPTHAMOLOGIST rather self impressed and full of himself. The entire experience I'd give negative stars if an option.. That is a two hour appointment where as I'll never get that 2 hours back, sadly, and maybe not my money. I have to now go to an OPTOMOTRIST! WHAT A PAIN IN THE NECK!!!
I have finally had it with Dr. Levine. He is a glaucoma specialist. I only have one eye. He operated on my eye 5 times. I know I have had bad disease but it does not excuse me waiting hours for each visit. My whole life was going to see him. I got so depressed that I started seeing a psychiatrist. He should have never operated on my eye or should have referred me.
Cataract surgery was very sucessful..very pleased.
If you have hours to wait to see Dr. Levine then you will be happy with this practice. I have seen Dr. Levin for more than four years, except today I didn't because I gave up after waiting two hours and five minutes. I then checked and was advised there were two other patients still ahead of me. So it would have been a three hour visit. I was the second person to leave after waiting so long and at least five other patients waiting around me commented on how long it was taking to be seen.
