Dr. Herrick and staff are so friendly and GENTLE! The best way to explain this is to tell you about my husband who, due to fear from bad experiences at other offices in the past, had not been to the dentist in about 30 years. I finally convinced him to go see Dr. Herrick and everything went PERFECTLY! He’s now a regular patient and it’s all due to their friendly, compassionate and gentle care. Thank you so much to Dr. Herrick and staff!

Due to illness, I had to cancel my cleaning appointment and while the office was booked 4 months in advance, Trish said they would call me if they had an opening due to another cancellation. It was 2 weeks after that that I was contacted for a new opening the following day. Very appreciative for the timely service!
