Since the moment I made contact with Dr. Herrick's office to become a new patient , I was very pleased. The office staff was kind and professional . I had routine cleaning yesterday, first time since pandemic. Their office is very clean and precautions taken to provide protection were excellent. Dr. Herrick and Erin found an issue on my X-ray that needs attention and he referred me to a specialist. He was very good about explaining what was wrong and showed me on a picture of X-ray. He is very caring and shows concern for my well being. The whole office staff is friendly and helpful. Erin is an excellent dental hygienist.

On time, great COVID prep/distancing, questions answered, hygiene person performed good cleaning and checking neck lymph nodes, inside mouth, under tongue. Disclosed areas needing better attention when brushing and flossing. Had but not using water pick,encouraged to use and use properly. Overall I would recommend Dr Herrick to family/friends.
