Dr Lou was very informative and answered all my questions. His nurse, Angela was the kindest woman I've ever met, really put me at ease. Overall, it was a positive experience.
Dr Lou has the right “bedside manners” and listens to my concerns. I saw him previously and there was a concern there might be something possibly quite serious and he immediately sent me to the ER for an MRI. Thankfully the worst case did not present itself but he took the right precautions without hesitation.
