I disputed a charge and instead of talking to be about my issue, they waved the fee and closed my daughter's account. Accounting staff left a message on my cell phone and said find another dentist. What has happened to customer service!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
Poor everything! Cheaper of the pricing, but thats what you get for the price. Cheap service, cheap office, cheap cheap cheap!
Wonderful experience for my kids! I cannot say enough how sweet and kind the staff and the dentist are. He takes time with the kids and the parent, explains procedures in detail, and is never ever in a rush! He's pro preserving any healthy teeth, gentle and has a healthy common sense. He is never, ever over-scheduled! The kids always have a blast, sitting in their chair with sunglasses on to protect from the overhead light, enjoying the attention they get from staff, and playing with the toys everywhere. Highly recommended!
He has been great for my kids and keeps them entertained while working on their teeth ... And in our experience he's not the one to 'make up tooth-work' unlike others we've experienced.
I had a good initial impression. Dr Law was accommodating, personable. Very nice assistants .They fixed a cavity for my daughter . Then we had a crisis. My son chipped both his permanent front teeth and we rushed there with the chips. Dr Law said he would 'ask around' if there were any new bonding techniques , but he said the teeth needed to rest for a couple of weeks. They put the chips in a refrigerator. Dr. Law saw my daughter for the first time over a year ago, and I cannot recommend a dentist more highly! He was awesome, sweet, even sang my daughters teeth to sleep when she was having some work done. My other 3 children are older, and haven't gone to a pediatric dentist, but my youngest had lots of work that had to be done, and we were referred to Dr. Law by Dr. Hashimoto (who we also love). He was wonderful, and we had to do all of her work over 4 different appointments, and she was never afraid to go back!!! Awesome, Aw... read more
Dr. Law and his staff are excellent. All are so nice, very patient with children.
Great dentists. Made my son feel comfortable. Very gentle and extremely attentive to his patients.
My boys love goes to his office and visiting him. He's very kind and personable.
