You can tell Dr Lake is the best in his field. Super knowledgeable and answered all questions. The challenge may be he is SO good, he is busy. Surgery scheduler was supposed to call 3 biz days after. It’s been 7 and I hate to be that person but I called to escalate as I called everyday and couldn’t get a call back from the scheduler. The person said Dr Lake hadn’t submitted the paperwork. Dr. Lake was very pleasant and straightforward which I appreciate in a doctor. He offered preventative measures and surgical options and was very transparent.
OrthoArizona is amazing. Very efficient and pleasant across the board. Dr. Lake was wonderful and explained everything very clearly. He answered my questions, listened to my concerns, was very professional, but also very understanding. Would recommend to anyone!
