Unfortunately I underwent a surgery with Dr. Jason Lake which did not work. I had a gastrocnemius recession performed due to having limited ankle dorsiflexion. Postoperatively I did not see any improvement in dorsiflexion, so I went to another provider for additional opinions. Dr. Lake is one of the few surgeons who takes the time to listen to your concerns and wouldn't ever push you into a treatment that he didn't believe would be beneficial. I would refer all of my family and friends to see him if they had foot or ankle issues.

Plesant staff, check in procedure easy with QR code via phone,Beautiful clean offices, all inclusive x-ray and others. Dr Lake was very helpful , friendly and thorough. Explained all the options for my issue. 5stars plus 🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟

Dr Jason Lake was very pleasant, friendly and thorough. We discussed all the options for my treatment plan. So glad my doctor referred me to his office. Front office staff were friendly and helpful. OrthoAZ is a great place , with offices all over the valley for patient’s convenience .
