Very gentle and talks to you and explains whet mess to be done in magnet that is understandable.
Dr. Hales is an excellent Dr explains everything is very thorough gentle compassionate I have never had novocaine given so gently I didn’t feel the root canal at all. In my opinion he is the best of the best. If you don’t go to him you have gone to the wrong Dr.
I was very nervous about the shots that deaden your mouth and Dr Hales was excellent! I never felt any pain during the root canal and he was very careful and gentle. This was my 1st root canal and if I need another, I’ll definitely go back there!
Awesome experience! Dr. Hales did an excellent job of easing my fears for a painless root canal. His staff is also amazing and kind. I would definitely recommend.
Dr. Hales explained the entry procedures ahead of time and each new step was explaining as he went. Most professional numbing experience I have ever had!
I was nervous going in to a new place but when I got there and Dr Hales saw me he was really nice and very caring! I have had two root canal done in the past and needed another one and I had a root canal done with Dr Hale. It was my first time here and by far the easiest one I had to do. I am really grateful and appreciative. I would highly recommend this place!
Only 2 mo in PHX. Found local dentist-tooth needed a cap, but they ran out of good tooth so I'm looking at an emergency root canal. They called SSE and got me right in. Never had a RC-No idea what to expect-Needing to trust new dentist referral since I'm new to the area. Stressed?! They explain,kill the pain, I'm laughing about 'Henry', listening to good music, and out the door in an hour..Dr. Hales and his assistant were amazing! Dr Hales=professional and on his game. Highly Recommend.
I've had three root canals in my life. Out of the three this was by far the best, easiest less painful. Dr gales wss very gentle and caring. The office staff was great. Could not have asked for a better experience (considering that this is a dentist!). :-)
Dr Hale performed an emergency root canal on me. It was a fast pain free process... couldn't believe I was having a root canal. Highly recommend Dr Hale. Office stay wonderful and pleasant was well.
