Had my 1st root canal. Dr Hales and staff were awesome! Easy peasy.

Would highly recommend Jason Hale and his office at SSE. I had an emergency situation and they got me in same day even though they were extremely busy. Very professional, knowledgeable and friendly. Jason was able to get to the root of the problem (pun, lol) and help me. I was just visiting the area from MN and was in a bind but they helped save the rest of my vacation. I would give them more then 5 stars but that is the max allowed. Thank you SSE!!!
Very friendly. Everyone says how painful root canals are, worst part is the shot and that’s not even that bad. Then they gently do their work and ????

Dr Hales answered all my questions about chewing after root canal on #4. Also, about when and how my General Dentist can permanently repair #4 with a crown. Dr Hales and his assistant, Remy (sp?) were confident and truthful. Dr Hales has a very effective technique for administering the Novacaine (or Septicaine) to minimize the "pinch" from the syringe we all hate! Anyway, I felt very comfortable with this team. We had an amazing experience today getting my son’s root canal done. Dr. Hale did a great job explaining and executing the procedure. He and the office are friendly and made us feel comfortable. The office was clean and professional. Thank you!
Dr Hales treated my failed back molar successfully! The root cracked in a way that was not detectable until his microscope was down inside the root. He repaired the crack, but thought it might not last because of the type of damage. It’s been many years past his estimate and it’s been perfect since! I’ve been able to put off an implant for years because of his precise work.
