An AMAZING experience to say the least. Just had my “Right total hip arthroplasty with MAKO robotic assistance” performed by Dr. Davis on 11/20/24. He IS the Surgen to have your hips done. He is the MAKO robotic Doctor - No idea about his bed manners comment earlier - he is the nicest, clearest Doctor I have ever met. No BS, No nonsense. Dr. Davis performed a total right hip replacement (Direct Superior approach with Mako Robotic Assist) on October 21, 2024. Post surgery, I had very little pain, minimal swelling, and no bruising. I was able to discontinue oxy on day 2, and Tylenol on day 6 since the pain was so very minimal. I was able to walk confidently with a walker after the spinal wore off. Dr Davis did my left knee 8 years ago and it was a great experience. Got my right knee done 2/19/2024 with Dr Davis and a robotic helper. Surgery wS much shorter And easier because the robotic after CT scan could be programmed for Dr Davis. He came to,see me before and after my surgery and spoke with my family. He takes time to answer all your questions and makes you feel relaxed. No more knees Dr Davis. I highly recommend him. Don't put your surgery off. I have no knee,hip or back pain anymore. Thank you
