Helms Family Dentistry is exceptional with top of the line equipment, dental records on the computer screen chair side, and well trained professionals. Cleanings are meticulous and painless, Dr Helms is well trained and thorough. The office is well from ease of making appointments to insurance submittals. We are are so lucky to have Helms Family Dentistry in our community.
I'm moving to the area and was having tooth pain. A friend got a referral for me to Dr. Helms's practice. I was impressed with how quickly I was gotten in, the way I could fill out all the paperwork online, and when I arrived I barely had time to sit down. The X-rays that Donna took were painless, a rare occasion for me. When Dr. Helms was examining my teeth and he found the cavity and it was very painful, he waited for me to deal with that pain before moving on. My whole family sees Dr. Helms. My 13 year old came out of his cleaning today and says "he is SO nice!" Everyone who works there is super friendly. They are also efficient...they don't keep you in the chair any longer than necessary.
As usual, excellent customer service for a general teeth cleaning in a COVID-free environment. When mentioning teeth protection for my physical activities, Dr. Helms put together an impression for an athletic guard celebrated by local athletes throughout town and hockey players far and wide.
