Disappointed and Left Out I'm really upset with my this office. They suddenly stopped taking VSP insurance. Now you have to pay $500 for appointments. Trying to get a hold of anyone there is a nightmare. I've left messages with no luck, whether it's to talk about the insurance issue or just to get basic info. The last straw was when I asked them to send my medical records to a new doctor, and I got crickets. No response, nothing. It feels like they don't care about their patients at all. Jason Nakagawa, O.D. was absolutely incredible and I cannot thank him more! Dr. Nakagawa and his team went above and beyond to assist me in scheduling an urgent appointment due to a chemical burn in my eyes. I was a new patient to the office, and Dr. Nakagawa generously reached out to me personally and came back into the office to assist me.
