Dr Groff is excellent, competent, thorough & personable as are his staff
I’ve been going to Dr. Groff’s office now for a few years as well as my husband, and I can only say amazing things about him and his staff. First of all, I was terrified of coming in because I hadn’t seen a dentist for more than a decade, but my husband had a wonderful experience with him, so I decided it was time. My experience with Dr. Groff and his staff has been exceptional, I had my front teeth capped and he worked diligently to get the. color and shape just right. This is a process that takes patience because of coordination with a lab. Dr. Groff did not stop until I was thoroughly satisfied with the product. I'm very happy with his work, the result is a very natural look. I would highly recommend Dr. Groff and his staff.
Worst dentist I've ever been to!
I have been seeing Dr. Groff since he opened his practice and have zero complaints. He and his staff are so friendly and professional. I have never had a bad experience, so I was surprised and saddened to see the negative reviews. So much so that I felt I needed submit my own review. I have referred a few of my coworkers since we have the same insurance that he accepts, and they also seem to be very happy.
