One thing that's been so annoying about Jason Green, DO, is that they always end up postponing my appointments. I'm usually not even notified that they're going to postpone it until less than an hour before my scheduled appointment. It is impossible to get an appointment at their office. They are always booked and have a long waiting list. It was not easy to reach them in an emergency. I had to call several times before I finally reached them. They barely had any magazines to choose from, and the ones that were available weren't very interesting. Everything I told them seemed to go in one ear and out the other. I didn't feel like they cared about what I had to say at all. They needed to pay a little more attention to detail, to make sure they didn't make any mistakes. I could tell their entire attention wasn't focused on me. They don't really take that extra step to make me feel special. I'm just another client to them.

I'm confident they will work hard to find the best solution for me Was the waiting area spacious? Yes, extremely spacious Did this provider pressure you to purchase any unnecessary products during your visit? Absolutely not! I was never uncomfortable Did this provider have an entertaining selection of waiting room magazines? Yes Were you able to relax during your appointment? Yes, I was completely at ease

It seemed like they were trying to rush my appointment and were annoyed to be helping me. It was obvious that they wanted to be somewhere else. I've been to one or two places that had a really bad smell. I was worried I would encounter it here too but I didn't notice anything. Their staff was friendly enough, but they didn't go out of their way to help me.

Somewhat, but it's still difficult to get an appointment Was this provider's office clean? It was satisfactory Were you able to relax during your appointment? No, I was on edge Are you going to visit this provider again? Only if I couldn't find a better substitute
