Soooo many people on the day I was scheduled, I never saw the actual Dr. I spoke Ailey to his male nurse practitioner who was SUPER nice, caring and not afraid to touch you like most dr offices! He listened when I spoke and seemed generally concerned! I was impressed!!
Dr. Smith was very compassionate about my pain in my neck and arm. He listened and explained everything. He provided options. He may be doing surgery on me, and I trust him.
Dr. Smith evaluated me at my first appointment, and then encouraged me to ask any questions I had about my herniated disc. He has exceptional, detailed knowledge of the spine, but explained all the clinical terminology in a way that I could easily understand. Very good experience with both Dr. Smith, his nurse Melissa and his staff. Dr. Smith was a compassionate listener. Did a great job explaining the procedure needed for my husband’s back and the potential outcomes. Honest and super nice. Amazing results from the spine surgery!!

I have already recommended Dr. Smith to members of my family and some friends. And I will continue to do so. All of my visits felt like I was Dr. Smith’s only patient. I never feel like he’s rushing to get out of the exam room. He is very attentive and reassuring.

I felt like Dr.Smith took time to explain my injury. He also made sure i understood the healing approaches we were going to take and if one didn't work what we would try next. He paid high regard to my medication allergies and made sure i could take the medication he prescribed. I felt like he was a caring doctor genuinely concerned about getting his patients feeling better and back on track to their daily lives. I would definitely reccomend him to my family and friends-and you can't say that about all doctors now days.
