This was my first time visit with Dr. Ross. It was a great experience. The visit was on time and the visit lasted for over an hour. My visit started with an attendee who was thorough and asked questions and took the time to answer a lot of my questions. He was very attentive and really listened to my concerns. Would not see me for my injection appointment because I was 9 minutes late for my appointment, despite the office policy being that patients who are 15+ minutes late may have their appointments rescheduled.

I have had multiple treatments with Dr. Ross. He is a very nice guy. Very thorough in explaining procedures and options. Put me at ease during the procedures. Pain management is a process you have to be patient working your way through the different procedures. I highly recommend Dr Ross!
