My sister had a plate and screws put in her hand by Dr. Determan. It hasn’t been a month since her surgery. Her wrist started swelling today. I asked her if she had called the doctor l. She said, I have. I called for her and reached a woman who sounded half asleep! I had to ask her to repeat what she just said. Omg. Then she tells me that she can’t reach any nurses two days a week because they will get in trouble! Really? No nurse in the building two days a week?
