I saw Dr. Bilson after hours at Ming Kaiser for insomnia and anxiety. He listened to my needs and gave me the right meds to help with my insomnia and anxiety. It saved my life since I had insomnia for 5 days and my brain felt so swollen I almost went to the ER so they can help me. Thank you doctor Billson for meeting me at my worst and giving me the right meds to avoid a trip to the ED. God bless.
Inadequate listening skills. Provider appeared disinterested. Did not review my problem list that were very significant. Spent about 10 minutes attending to concerns rather than conduct any extended review of systems that is required for annual wellness exam as promised. Left the examination room abruptly and failed to return to answer all my questions. Appeared very inpatient.
